    • Carol Behers, Robert Raphael, and Gail Calderwood co-authored the 10th edition of Premarital Agreements in Pennsylvania, published by PBI Press in May, 2017.
    • Carol A. Behers was named to the 2017 edition of Best Lawyers in American in the practice area of Family Law.
    • Carol A. Behers received a Special Achievement Award from the Pennsylvania Bar Association for her work on the 2:1 Task Force, reducing the waiting time from 2 years to 1 year in no-fault divorces.

    • Mary Sue Ramsden is moderating a program for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section on Case Law Updates.

    • Elisabeth Molnar moderated the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Family Law Section Meeting entitled "Judges’ Top Ten: Pet Peeves & Best Practice" at the 53RD Annual Bench Bar Conference.
    • Carol Behers is the co-course planner for a Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) seminar of Premarital Agreements. Gail Calderwood is on the faculty for the course.
    • Gail Calderwood will become the 2nd Vice Chair of Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Family Law Section (FLS) in July 2015.
    • Mary Sue Ramsden, was awarded the prestigious AMRAM Award by the Allegheny County Bar Association at the 2014 Bench Bar Conference at Seven Springs. The AMRAM award is given to a lawyer who has practiced for at least 12 years, who is supportive of and active in the Bench Bar Conference, who demonstrates professional excellence in the practice of law, and who provides outstanding service to the community. It is one of the highest accolades given by the Allegheny County Bar Association.
    • In addition to providing family law services, estate planning and related services, the attorneys at Raphael, Ramsden & Behers, P.C. also serve our community in many ways. We thank Attorney Robert J. Fall, who served as Chairman of the Amen Corner's Firefighter/EMS Awards Reception, held on April 3, 2015 at the Rivers Casino. This Amen Corner event honors and recognizes those emergency dispatchers and first responders who have served their communities over and above the call of duty.
    • Carol A. Behers, recently completed her term as the President of the Allegheny Bar Foundation, a role that she enjoyed immensely, as the ACBF is the charitable heart of the local bar association. She will remain active as the Co-Chair of the Fellows Committee and Vice Chair of the Lawyers Fund.
    • Gail C. Calderwood, was appointed as Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Family Law Section, in which she has had a long history of service as a former Council member and Co-Chair of the Rules Committee.
    • Congratulations to our own Robin L. Frank, who is serving as the Co-Chair of the Allegheny County Bar's Family Law Section Mentor Committee.
    • Robert J. Fall, taught 3 classes at the Community College of Allegheny County, both North and South campuses, consisting of "I'm an Executor – Now What do I do?"; "Will Writing", and "Protecting your Inheritance". Attorney Fall's efforts are part of the College's Continuing Education Division and shall aid in educating the members of the public in their essential estate planning choices.
    • Robin L. Frank, presented a "lunch and learn" discussion regarding equitable distribution from the Court's perspective, and her co-panelist was one of the Allegheny County Masters, Peggy Ferber. The presentation was carried out through the Allegheny County Bar Association's Family Law Section Mentoring Committee, and it benefited local attorneys practicing family law or interested in same.
    • Robert J. Fall, was sworn in for his 9th consecutive year as President of Ingomar Volunteer Fire Company, in McCandless, for 2015. Congratulations to Attorney Fall, as this is the third longest tenure for President, in the history of the fire department. His dedication and service to the community represents the best of Raphael, Ramsden & Behers!
    • Attorney Elisabeth W. Molnar was voted in as the Treasurer of the Allegheny County Bar Association Family Law Section.
    • Robert J. Fall, recently taught a continuing legal education course for the National Business Institute on the subject of Pennsylvania`s Probate process.
