Robert J. Fall is a 1977 graduate of St. Joseph's College (IN), and received his Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University School of Law in 1980. Since 1980, he has been admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of PA. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association, where he is a member of the Family Law Section and the Military & Veterans Affairs Committee. Mr. Fall is experienced in all types of family law cases, including complex divorce and its related property and economic issues, child and spousal support, child custody, protection from abuse, and adoptions. He is also trained in the collaborative law process in family cases, providing an alternative to litigating divorce cases.

Along with his experience in the family law area, he has a broad range of civil law experience, including preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate and administration of decedent's estates, Orphans' Court litigation, bankruptcy (both creditor and debtor), real estate law, and general civil litigation. He is currently an instructor at Community College of Allegheny County, teaching courses on the duties of Executors and the estate administration process. He has advocated his clients' causes in appeals to the Pennsylvania Superior and Commonwealth Courts, where several of his cases have been cited as being important benchmarks in the law. In 1990, he was appointed by the Court and served a ten year commitment as a special arbitrator in the Allegheny County civil arbitration section, where he arbitrated civil cases one day per month. Mr. Fall also represents his clients in the courtrooms of Butler, Beaver, and Westmoreland Counties.

In the community, Mr. Fall is an active volunteer firefighter with the Ingomar Volunteer Fire Company in McCandless, where he serves as its President and Safety Officer. He is also a member of the Town of McCandless Personnel Board. Another activity includes Board of Director membership and Treasurer of Western Pennsylvania Children's Charities, Inc., a non-profit charitable group that raises and donates money to a variety of local children's charitable causes.
